Puffed Pastry Salmon from 722

Preheat the oven to 350.
Bake two sections of refrigerated puff pastry on a baking sheet. When the pastry is turned golden brown remove, spread with your favorite basil pesto, sliced tomato and top with a beautiful slice of skinless salmon filet. Return to the oven until the fish is cooked. About 20 minutes.
Delicious!!!

Washington Crab on E. Dock Street in Westport is a viable source of crab meat to visitors.  Bring a container and $ to the door.  The office is just inside.  Put on your best smile and ask for crab meat for cash!
