Preheat the oven to 350.
 Bake two sections of refrigerated puff pastry on a baking sheet.  When 
the pastry is turned golden brown remove, spread with your favorite 
basil pesto, sliced tomato and top with a beautiful slice of skinless 
salmon filet.  Return to the oven until the fish is cooked.  About 20 
minutes.
 Delicious!!!
